Part Time

Full time enrolment is not for everyone.  Many people choose to enroll in 1 - 2 units per year.  The results are slower but means that full time enrolment in school and attendance at work is usually still possible.

Attendance patterns will be negotiated with you,  however you will need to be available to do each of your exercises for at least 3 hours per week.  We are open from 8.30am - 5.30pm on Mondays to Thursday and 8.30 - 5.00 on Fridays as well as on Saturday mornings to help you with this.  We would also consider opening outside of these hours if there were sufficient demand.
